There were reasonably long queues at JFY T7 First Wing just now. Systems still affecting check in here but everything was handled in an ok time.
Lounge entry is being done on paper boarding passes or manual look up, as apparently the mobile BP dont work

Of course, they weren't able to help me, which is probably when they're so quick to answer
Good luck to all those affected - my query can thankfully wait for a few days :O
Why call them today if it could wait?

UPDATE: Systems are starting to operate call centre side. Just got off the phone with the YouFirst regarding my upcoming booking. I'm sure Executive Club and customer service lines are working fine.

Ive managed to change my seat allocations on a flight from DUS to LCY on Monday which I was unable to do earlier this morning.
So lets hope its a sign things are on the mend (and that the seat changes stick...)

I think there are still some issues - I set up a BA exec account for my brother earlier, and we did not receive any confirmation email.

For what its worth, T3 flight transfers and T5 transfer security were the emptiest Ive ever seen them (zero people in the queue at each). I made it from the door opening on the plane at T3 gate 32 to the T5 south lounges in 22 minutes today. I was expecting chaos and was pleasantly surprised.

It was some time ago, and I can't verify its accuracy.
DHL actually outsources some of their global supply chain management to Infor Nexus since 2015.

And as a nice little Brucie bonus an extra CE seat opened up at midnight whilst I was on the phone, so we're all in CE and I'm very happy with the result

I have been rebooked on a new flight from CMH to ORD T3 which means I now have exactly 65 min to make it to my flight to LHR departing from ORD T5.... I tried to look for alternative flights but all I am getting is "Sorry, we have encountered a problem. Please call your local British Airways office to change this booking.". Thankfully it is in October so I am not panicking...
