. @Xfinity is it normal for you all to charge people for tech visits that are unavoidable after being promised a service remotely...but it doesn't work? Then when you're promised that at least half the visit will be credited back to you...it's not. Just checking.

@Xfinity shockingly bad service…our family moved locally and instead of transferring service, they canceled it…I lost all my recordings and spent 7 hours trying to fix it…3 different techs said they did something on their end and it takes an hour to process….a lie to end call

Xfinity is keeping an eye on my issues and they are working to resolve my upload speed issue. If they are even doing that. They claim there’s issues in my area and they are working to solve it but this shouldn’t be happening ever since I signed and paid for their services 🙃

@Xfinity Weird that my 2-year CONTRACT I signed is only a year in, yet I've gotten 3 notices in the last 5 months for the need to increase my rate due to "increased operating costs". Any explanation before I cancel??
