- Feridun is the current high priest of Zath in Yezud. The cattle come from enforced tithes demanded from the steadings which surround Yezud it is said that the priests would lose these spiders on the countryside if the king did not permit them their grisly worship. There are rumors of extensive caverns beneath the temple of Yezud, where hundreds of giant spiders reside, fed cattle (and occasionally humans) by the priests of Zath. Even more guarded are the temple virgins, who dance for the spider-god on holy days. Derketo is the consort of Set in Stygia, but the companion of Dagon in Zembabwei. The dual nature of Derketo is death and fertility, and as such she is often paired with the most powerful deity of the kingdom she is associated with.
- The Priesthood: Priests of Zath do not drink alcohol or fornicate, and those laymen in the service of the temple must also abide by these strictures. Derketo was originally worshipped in Shem, but was quickly adopted in Stygia and the Black Kingdoms further south.

There were a few gods that were given as options they felt they couldn't do proper justice for based on the technology on hand, along with the time they had. Joel presented the Conan Exiles team with a list of options, and they felt Zath had a good mix of both distinct visuals and gameplay, while also doing the religion good justice too. He had some reasonable ideas of what could be added to the game based on the lore and around the time period of when Conan Exiles is supposed to take place.
As many people already know, Joel keeps a tight leash on what is allowed to go into Conan Exiles. New religions are mostly Joel's (Joel Bylos, Creative Director) decision to make. Attack 2 is a series of spider-egg bombs dropped around the avatar that do damage on impact and spawn a spider mobs after X seconds.It'd be nice if 'Hallowed' offered an actual benefit. It's insanely expensive to repair, requiring sacrificial remains rather than mere materials (hearts, essences, etc). It offers no attribute perks (Darfari gives strength, standard light gives encumbrance, etc). Attack 1 is a ranged projectile attack that damages buildings at a distance. Religious armor is worse in defensive value than light armor.Any Manifestation of Zeal remaining will be in a loot bag, but cannot be picked up. Note that crafting an avatar from any of the Altars will destroy the Altar and all of its contents, including the Priest.More will have to be made at the new temple location. The Manifestation of Zeal will go into a bag and cannot be moved back into the temple.
The only time this can become an issue is if you destroy the temple (to move it for example). Special resource you get (Unblemished human flesh/Ice shards) is then put into the altar to craft things out of and get the Manifestation of Zeal as byproduct outcome. To obtain, craft the tool of harvesting at the altar of the God you are worshiping (Cleaver of Yog/Hoar-Frost Hatchet/ ect.) and harvest enemies with it. Thus altars are a precious commodity in the Exiled Lands and worship brings great bounties to those who pursue it. When a shrine is defiled, this effect leeches slowly away, but if the defilers are of an opposing religion, they actually absorb the power that they have stolen. In the shining altars of Mitra or the bloody slabs of Set, the manifestation of this spiritual presence is palpable. In the oldest groves and shrines of the world, the presence of those ancient, gloomy gods can still be felt. Not simply in the minds of the followers of that religion, but also in others who pass through an area. Over time, a place that is used for religious ceremonies takes on a certain significance.
