Stylist Pricing Levels
At Michelina’s it is our desire to offer guest specials for all. So for starters, we present opportunities for our guest to have choices for their services to select the price range that fits their budget. Prices for all salon services vary depending on which member of our staff provides your services: (New Talent, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 4A or Level 4AA). We pride ourselves on our continued/advanced education and believe this is what sets us apart.
What Is The Difference In Stylist Levels?
Master Stylist - L4
This stylist is a leader in the salon company, and their services are the most in demand. They book several weeks or more in advance, have the most hands-on experience and meet other benchmarks such as customer satisfaction and referrals from happy clients. The will often have a stylist (or two) observing and/or helping out with your service.
Senior Stylist - L3
This stylist is successfully growing their clientele, have busy schedules and they meet benchmarks such as customer satisfaction and refferals from happy clients, Their prices are lower than our highest level and appointments can usually be made sooner, but they are well on their way to becoming a Master Stylist at Michelina’s.
Advance Stylist - L2
The stylist is typically new to Michelina’s and is therefore building up their clientele. They have received extensive training and are meeting customer satisfaction everday. They LOVE referrals from happy clients and as their demand for time grows behind the chair, they will be well on their way to becoming a Senior stylist at Michelina’s.
Studio Stylist - L1
This stylist is performing work up to our standard at Michelina’s. They typically have been working 1-3 years after completing Hair School and are taking in as much education outside and inside the salon. Constantly striving to learn as much as they can, if they are not working behind the chair you will see them observing other stylists in salon and asking questions so they can offer the best services to their clients. As they reach benchmarks within the salon and continue learning, they will be on their way to the next level at Michelina’s.
