Dr. St. Germain & his staff are totally wonderful. Up on the latest technology but easy going & very accommodating. They know what they're doing & do it well.

I have had a few dental emergencies over the last few months, and Merrimack Valley Dental care has been very responsive about getting me into the office within a day or two. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, as is Dr. St. Germaine. I highly recommend them.

Gentle, essentially painless, implant insertion

There were several negative reviews of this place, so I wasn't sure what to expect but was blown away by the end of my visit; never in my life have I had such a pleasant, relatively comfortable experience at the dental office. Myra was an awesome hygienist and Dr. St Germain perfectly pleasant. I'll definitely be returning!

These guys were great and prompt and very efficient, place was great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean office and great service. Prices were comparable to other spots, so it wasn't too expensive. Awesome! I recommend this dentist office here in Nashua, NH.

I went to Merrimack valley dental care because the billing department from my previous dentist couldn’t function properly. Same story here at Merrimack valley dental care. They don’t check with your dental insurance even when specifically requested to. I’ll take my business elsewhere and so should you! There are better places elsewhere.

I'm deeply afraid by dentists! I recently had a tooth extracted by DDS Albert St. Germain. He actually took the time to bring me in a calm state of mind. His gentail Staff of dental hygienist and office administration - I found my new dentistry! Thank You Dr. St. Germain!

The staff here is amazing! My family has always been treated with respect, care and professionalism. I have always had positive experiences there despite the fearful nature of dentistry in general. Would recommend them and do recommend them whenever I get a chance

I hadn't been to the dentist in many, many years, and I was very nervous about the kind of work I might need when I first came to Dr. St. Germain and his staff. Right away, they were comforting and courteous. I had a cleaning within two weeks of my first visit, and a cavity filling several weeks later. Both procedures were done with skill and patience. There were no insurance hassles at all; the cleaning was 100% covered and the cavity filling had a reasonable co-pay. I would absolutely recommend "Dr. Saint" and his staff to anyone. They're extremely friendly and professional. I'll never enjoy a visit to the dentist, but at least I know I'm getting the best experience possible when I go to Merrimack Valley Dental Care.

I have known Dr. St. Germain since 2007. I would recommend Dr. St. Germain and his practice to everyone I know. He is a caring, competent, professional. He offers a wide range of dental services all in one place which my family and I really love. He is tops with my kids too! Your children don't need to be afraid of the dentist! I can attest to this! My sons' love the rides he gave them in his dental chair when they were younger and he always explains everything to them. They always leave his office with a smile, holding their new toothbrush or toy like a badge of honor. : )Dr St. Germain always keeps up to date on all the latest dental techniques and studies which I love. He treats dental health with a "whole body" approach . He listens and really cares If you have dental anxiety now you won't after visiting Dr. St. Germain! His service and staff are top notch, and friendly too. Dr. St. Germain has helped me immensely, I had a few old filling which always gave me trouble, Dr St. Germain fixed them for me and I have never felt pain in those teeth ever again! My family and I Thank You Dr. St.

I have been a patient at Merrimack valley dental for a couple of years now and have had extensive work done. Every time I have been there I have been treated professionally and most importantly ,I pain have been free during all my extensive procedures. I cannot recommend them enough. the doctor and staff has been extremely professional and a thorough and explained all the procedures thoroughly. I recommend them to anyone who would ask me about dental work.

I loved everything about my visit... and let's be honest, that's huge when talking about the dentist! The office was warm and inviting, the staff was super kind, even taking the time to introduce themselves and shake my hand. Such a change from my previous dentist. Highly recommend!

Dr. St. Germain is very nice and explains things to his patients so they understand what is going on. He connects with them on a personal level which eases the "fear/anxiety" that one can have going to the dentist. MaryEllen is also great to talk to; whether you are on the phone or in the office, she will do anything she can to help you!I would defintiley reccomend Dr. St. Germain as your next dentist!!!

I greatly appreciate the care I receive from Dr. St. Germaine and his staff. I very much appreciate the attention staff pays to ensuring how much my insurance will cover, and work to make it work for me. I am a fairly new recipient of their care, but like how I am treated and care for.

Always accommodating and no high pressure sales tactics. Many other dentists I’ve been to seem to try scare tactics and sales pitches to get me to either purchase products or make sure I have a procedure done that isn’t really necessary.Prior to visiting this office, I was having very expensive cleanings all the time (scaling?). Here, my teeth are healthy and just regular cleanings done without issue. The staff is fabulous, pricing is good. I drive an hour, past a few of the chain dentist offices to get here and won’t have it any other way.

Both my mother and I have attended Merrimack Valley Dental for the past 8 years and always have a quick and pain free experience. All of the hygienists remember me and act like one big family, while Doctor St. Germain makes every cleaning and procedure feel like a simple procedure while telling a story to distract you. They make a dentists appointment something you don't dread ahead of time!

I was traveling in the area from out of state and developed a toothache in route. A local colleague referred me to Dr St Germain for treatment. Dr St Germain determined I needed a root canal and although his appointment schedule was fully booked kindly moved other patients around to treat me. He and his staff were the most professional I have experienced anywhere including my dentist at home. I would highly recommend his office for their services and wish I live locally so I could use this practice regularly. Thanks again!!

Me and my wife were coming here for our dental care for last one year and it was awesome experience . No problems with insurance coverage . Tooth cleaning experience was very smooth . My wife undergone dental surgery for tooth extraction and she don’t have any issues with the process . Doctor explained everything what to expect after surgery and on the day of surgery . Overall very positive experience and I recommend this doctor for anyone who is loookinf for their dental care .

I am so very disappointment with the care, and customer service that I received from Dr. St Germains office. The receptionist has been nothing but rude, when asked if a procedure could be moved up due to an emergency, she stated "This is not an emergency room, we have other patients, and are running a business". I have high anxiety and need to have sedation with any procedures, she stated "Well you don't NEED sedation, we could do it if you didn't need it". She was so beyond rude, and I was so upset. I will make sure anyone that I care about never goes there.

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Merrimack Valley Dental Care. I had two cavities filled at a preventative stage (no pain, barely visible). The new fillings were quite visible, and I had bad tooth sensitivity afterward. Over the next several months, one of them kept falling out and had to be replaced a few times, and each time the filling got deeper (bad seal, bacteria kept getting behind it). On the last replacement, Dr. Saint Germaine said that it needed a root canal and a crown ($$$$). Yeah, no. I went to another dentist and had them both replaced. The new fillings are invisible, with no pain and no issues for over a year now. I made two requests to either have the original service refunded or have the repairs compensated, both of which were completely ignored with zero response. I have made endless recommendations against this business since then.

This place is not deserving of even that ONE STAR I was forced to select. I was coerced into purchasing their Teeth Whitening "special". I of course paid $300.00 for the starter kit. When I went in to pick it up I googled it "opalescence teeth whitening" and found out they are selling over the counter kits that only costs "$19.99" at CVS. When I asked about the difference in OTC teeth whitening the receptionists totally lied about the "advantages" of using a "molded" mouth piece and the receptionists swore that the concentration of peroxide (35%PF) in their stuff is only available to the dental industry (LIE) which they then charge you an additional $300.00. $600.00 for a $20.00 kit...Total rip off and receptionists is extremely rude. She told me it was my fault for not researching and I could not get a refund then hung up on me and would not book another appointment with me?

I have enjoyed being a patient at Merrimack Valley Dental Care. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. They truly care about my health and that of my family. My two young children are patients as well. They have their teeth cleaned and have even had teeth "pulled"/removed; all of which have been positive experiences for them and myself. Most recently, I took my children for their six month cleaning. I had messed up the times of their appointments. The staff at Merrimack Valley Dental Care accommodated us by staying later than they were scheduled to! I was extremely grateful for their flexibility.

Was a new patient and had a cleaning, xrays and had to schedule a root canal. Was given an estimate of what my cost would be after my insurance. every one was pleasant, enjoyed the office and the dentist.seems like a nice place until I got ready to pay and it was more then I was told. (this is the reason I left my last dentist) feel that I was deceived and lowballed on the cost. I have a cleaning apt in August and and I may possibly cancel and look for another new dentist. They offered me a Dunkin Donut card.i did not take it.felt like a slap in the face. over charge me and then offer me a cup of coffee. $100.00 coffee!! I did cancel my next appointment . unless I get a refund, I will continue to give bad reviews on any web site I can find. and perhaps contact the State in Concord about this deceiving patients.

Great experience Dr. Saint Germain has great knowledge from implants,root canals, fillings to extractions.I would recommend him for all your dental work. Prices are comparable to other dentists.

I went in for their "$1899 Invisalign special." nowhere on the site does it mention that it STARTS at $1899. it also looks like they just keep the ad up and change the date. you're not getting a deal. you're getting scammed. what a waste of time!

I saw some negative reviews on this place and was shocked. I have been a customer who came from an AWFUL dentist that really really made it hard for me to go to the dentist. I needed a lot of work. We developed a plan and are executing! Fair prices, great people- I would and have recommended St. Germain and practice to friends and family. Went today for a cleaning and the experience hasn't changed from the first day I went.

This office is privately owned. I feel like VIP here. The office is very clean and the staff are great. I have brought my kids and I have referred friends. Try this office you won’t regret it!

Finally found an amazing dentist! Dr. St. Germain is a gifted dentist who excels at his craft! After dealing with a terrible tooth for 10 years (previous dentist ignored all complaints) which ended in a bad infection because of being ignored, I found Merrimack Valley Dental Care and Dr. St. Germain. I knew immediately I was in the best hands. Dr. St. Germain extracted the tooth, and put in implant effortlessly. Minimal pain and zero complications. I wish I had met him earlier. The staff is amazing! Amanda has been awesome! Charges, payments, insurance have been clear and up front, no surprises. Sandra was amazing during the procedure! Highly recommend this office!!

Bad experience all around. I wonder if it’s just the office staff that’s inconsistent. There were good reviews on their practice that prompted me to try them out.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I hate it so much I put it off for as long as I can however I am so overly impressed with this place. It was my first time there and the person at the front desk already had my paperwork ready to go and she even called me by my first (super impressed) then my hygienist Myra....FREAKIN AMAZING!!!! I do have to go back for a follow up in a few weeks and I am not even nervous or scared because they are that awesome and make you feel good. Place is the best dentist I have ever been too.

Everyone is very friendly and respectful! Quick and great service!
