Salad Recipes For Healthy Eating (2024)

When it comes to salads, you don't really need a recipe. With a bed of greens -- spinach, bibb lettuce, or whatever else you fancy -- some toppings and a decent dressing, you've got yourself a salad (and a great meal). Salads are actually the best way to clean out your fridge. We love these kitchen sink salads because they're super convenient, but we don't think they always do this dish justice.

There's a lot of culinary creativity that can happen with a salad recipe. It's a place for delicate flavors to shine and fresh produce to be appreciated -- all of which happens in the 75 salad recipes below.
