Helium’s deal with T-Mobile on top of their move to Solana is extremely exciting! It will be interesting to see how successful Helium can become as they run alongside T-Mobile’s 5G network.

Beginning day two of trying to return the horrific @googlepixeI 6a to @TMobile ...there is a certain type of corporate stupidity that permeates american cust service. 3 cust service reps and 2 stores; all 5 have been completely wrong or contradictory. They're batting 1000!

@TMobile I'm here in Florida. I've reached my 50GB for the month so I'm wondering if I'm gonna be throttled during a hurricane or if T-Mobile is kind enough to give me full service for the next 3 days. Of course calling the helpline they want me to upgrade so I guess they don't

Definitely loved the @TMobile customer service that I got from Whitney in Accounts and Sharee in Tech Support!!! They solved all my problems and they were so sweet!!! Give them a raise

@TMobile worst customer service EVER. 17 year customer and I am looking to switch providers after today. A few years ago, this was bar none a great provider and had an awesome customer service experience. Can't believe how far this company has fallen.

@penguin_curator Internet access for real though. With projects like helium partnering with T-Mobile to offer 5g to those open source routers they use I think it could happen mesh network style.

@TMobileHelp I've been having issues with my phone not receiving texts after the OS update last week. They only come in after I restart my phone or put it on airplane mode and then take it off. Also my battery life is not as good as it used to be.

@GinaGrad @TMobile @TMobileHelp Reminds me of when I used to lease a car. Inevitably always over the mileage and at the end of the term wanting to upgrade me to a newer car. And try to sell me my previous lease. Why the hell do I want two cars? I had trouble with just one and the mileage penalties.

@TMobileHelp I have the note 10 plus (not 5g). I've noticed my service has been getting alot slower. I'll have all bars but internet will be really slow. Or texts will come through late. Is there issues with the service right now?
