was located near Moss Landing, or near Watsonville, moving east at
40 mph.

IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.

Santa Lucia Mountains and Los Padres National Forest, Southern
Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast and Southern Salinas Valley/Arroyo
Seco and Lake San Antonio. In northern California, Coastal North
Bay Including Point Reyes National Seashore, East Bay Hills, East
Bay Interior Valleys, Eastern Santa Clara Hills, Marin Coastal

- Periods of moderate rainfall will bring the potential for
minor local flooding, as well as rapid rises along area
rivers, streams, and creeks across the region. Although most
main stem river sites are forecast to remain below flood
stage, minor flooding in urban areas and along smaller creeks
and streams is expected.
