Hi Eugene, just wanted to thank you a lot especially for the second exercise since it allowed me to finally hit my long head without the shoulder and elbow discomfort i get from overhead variations . First time feeling my long head this engaged and even got great mind-muscle connection through it so again, thanks a lot! Loving the content and you definitely gained a subscriber😊

The key here is 8 sets per tricep. Don't do 6 different tricep workouts
