I love eating the Trim Healthy Mama way and there are so many delicious recipes to choose from, but if you’re like me and can’t have dairy and gluten in your diet it can be a little tricky. So I’ve collected some wonderful dairy-free and gluten-free dinners that you can happily add to your Trim Healthy Mama menu!     this is awesome! Thank you! we are a large family with celiac and diary allergies. it’s been a struggle to change after being a successful thm momma without these restrictions. do you know of any large family blogs with these restrictions. looking to doing some bulk cooking.

      Being on THM with these restrictions is so hard. I don’t know of any off-hand to send you to. You may just have to go recipe by recipe. It’s one of the main reasons I stopped THM. It’s doable but it is hard.
