That's all from our side for this game. Hope you enjoyed our coverage. See you soon.
Rahul: "[On receiving most of the awards] I have to make up for the slow over-rate fines. I tried to stay in the moment and see what's expected from me. Fingers crossed I can carry on doing the same thing. We do back deep with Holder walking in at No. 8 and he has hardly batted. When you have that depth, you can play freely and take more chances. Think that's the only reason [behind a higher strike rate this season]. I think the teams that can defend well, can bowl well in the powerplay and the death, are the teams that sit at the top and win tournaments. We were lucky enough to get some of the finest allrounders, having them in the team I have options in the middle, and that makes my life easier.
KL Rahul is the Player of the Match.
Raja: "14 or 18 matches? 10 teams." --- Each team still plays 14 games only.
Afeef: "Let's just hope MI don't lose all 14 of their matches."
samyak jain: "KL 103 of 62, rest of the players in the whole match 171 of 178"
Krunal Pandya: A hard-fought effort, a collective effort with the ball. We executed what he had planned. KL's was a terrific knock, got us a respectable total. So all credit goes to him. KL had mentioned that it was slightly stopping, so we tried to use that to our advantage. When fast bowlers bowl that hard length, it's not easy. Really happy for Chameera. It's important for us to get better as individuals and as a team. Mohsin is a bright prospect, he has got pace and variations. I was thanking God that I got him out, else he would have eaten my brains that he got me out. The coaching staff is doing pretty well. What's more important for me is process, if you follow that, the results will come.
Rohit Sharma: I thought we bowled pretty okay. It was a good pitch to bat on but we didn't bat well enough. We should have chased that down. When you have a target like that, you need those partnership, which we couldn't do. Some irresponsible shots including mine. They bowled well in the middle. We haven't batted well in the tournament. You have to ensure one of the batter bats long but we have failed to do that in this tournament. Some of the opposition players have done that and that has hurt us. [On if Tim David's name was discussed] Looking at how the tournament has gone every has come into the discussion. We want to make sure whoever gets a chance, they get a run in the XI. So we try not to make too many changes. Whoever plays should get enough opportunities, that's how I look at it.
11.35pm A 36-run win for Lucknow Super Giants. Eight losses in eight games for Mumbai, the most successful team in history of the tournament. Theoretically they are still not out of the race for top four but I don't think even they believe in that, especially after this timid performance.

Unadkat has been run out. A length ball on the stumps, Sams swings across but manages only to short fine leg. Unadkat is three quarters down the pitch but Sams hasn't even moved. He isn't interested in single. Unadkat tries to get back to his end but even with a wayward throw he fails and Kurnal takes the bails off
